Who is responsible
The company that operates this website, named in the footer, is the data controller. Contact us at the email address in the footer with any privacy question.
What we collect and why
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company (optional) and message. We use them only to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Who receives your data
Messages from the contact and demo forms are sent from our server to our email system through an email delivery service we use (a data processor acting on our instructions). We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle your request and follow up. If we start working together, relevant details become part of the customer relationship and are kept as required by law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Contact us using the email address in the footer.
You can also complain to your national data protection authority, such as Datatilsynet in Norway or IMY in Sweden.
Cookies and local storage
When you choose a language, this site sets one small functional cookie (alphaise-lang) that holds only the language code, so we can send you to the same language next time. It lasts one year and is not used for tracking. The site sets no other cookies.
